1John 4:8tells us that God IS love.
Malachi 3:6& Hebrews 13:8tell us He does not change, then He will always be love and all He does will flow from who He is – which is love.
John 3:16(NLT) For this is how God loved the world: He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.
World is the Greek word kosmosand means the universe, the inhabitants of the world.
Romans 5:8(Amp) But God clearly shows and proves His own love for us, by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

God loves everyone. His love is not conditional. He has invited everyone into relationship with Him.

Slow is the Hebrew word ‘arek meaning long, patient and slow.

God is not angry with you. He is not frustrated or disappointed in you. He is pleased that you accepted His invitation and desires to cultivate relationship as He helps you discover freedom. loves everyone.
